I am a fairly keen photographer, taking my camera with me on all my walking trips and whenever I head up north. I have included a small selection of some of my favourite pictures.

Whilst not technically brilliant, they do serve as an indication of my favourite subjects and views.

Many of the pictures originate from 35mm transparencies, all of which are Fuji Sensia or Fuji Velvia. They were taken with Canon EOS 1000FN, Canon EOS 1N, amd Canon EOS 1V cameras. The images were then scanned using a Nikon Coolscan III transparency scanner. The later images are digital, and were taken using a Canon EOS 20D camera. Images from the EOS 20D were taken in RAW mode.

The pictures are displayed using a third-party photo gallery application called Coppermine, which is a highly-functional package. The gallery also includes lots of general-purpose photographs.
